Overnight stay. We used disabled room due to husbands hip replacement pain when walking.. Comfortable beds clean and plenty of hot water. We parked in Wilsons Car Park free for hotel patrons out the back of hotel, on check in reception gives you a voucher to display on dashboard, ramp available for easy wheelchair accessibility if needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a few minutes walk to Tuggeronong Shopping Plaza. A good cafe outside Target lovely meals. We would stay again. Car covered in frost on leaving, watering cans near ramp with water in to wash frost off.

We were travelling with our assistant dog. The hotel accommodated us. We were given a very accessible room, away from the main reception area. There was very accessible parking to our room with a private access to an outdoor area for our dog. It was a brilliant set up for us and our service dog. We really appreciated being accommodated on the ground floor as we have access issues. It was a perfect location for us to be able to enjoy time visiting with our son and grandchildren.

As requested had 2 beds - 1 queen and 1 single, air con was on when we arrived and much needed / appreciated due to cold temperature outside, located next door to Viking Club (Town Centre) for dinner and across the road from shopping centre for breakfast, tv, bar fridge, kettle, but no microwave, toilet, bath tub and shower with the basin outside bathroom which made it convenient for 2 of us to utilise at same time, free car parking over weekend, good price.

It was clean it had great relaxing areas. The Rooms were a good size even for those that had three people in them. It was relatively quite once in the room you did not hear corridor noises, this was great it was a busy weekend that we were there. The staff were very helpful easy to approach very accomodating. The location was great for a big group as it had lots of food options within walking distance.

We booked for three nights, but my husband became very I’ll and we needed to come home a day early. When I spoke to management I was advised to change my booking on the bookin.com website and because they approved my change I was refunded one nights accommodation. I found this was excep tional assistance and in future will book directly with Alpha. I thank all involved
